How it works

How the report cards are made

Every grade traces back to a real clinical scenario, a structured rating instrument, and the expertise of our Community Expert & Accountability Panel.

Who does the grading

The Community Expert & Accountability Panel

Clinicians, researchers, and people with lived experience review every response. They bring the affirming, anti-oppressive judgment that automated metrics can’t — and keep the work grounded and accountable.

Who they are

Licensed clinicians, social work researchers, and community members with lived experience across LGBTQ+ and racially minoritized communities.

What they do

Independently rate each chatbot response on the full instrument and write the practice notes that become each report card’s feedback.

Why it matters

They hold the evaluation accountable to the people it’s meant to serve — ensuring grades reflect real-world safety, not just surface fluency.
